  • All appointments are booked online through our booking page. Simply select your service, choose a date and time that works for you, and complete your booking. It's quick, easy and available 24/7.

  • Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your skin. We'll go over your skin history, current concerns, lifestyle habits and goals Then recommend the best treatment plan going forward.

    There's no pressure, no upselling and no rushing. Just a calm, comfortable conversation and a treatment tailored specifically to you.


  • Yes. We offer a complimentary 10-minute consultation for new clients who aren't sure where to start. We'll go over your skin, your goals and what treatments are best for you. Book your free consultation directly through our booking page.


  • We use Face Reality and Circadia. Two professional skincare lines known for their results-driven, skin-health-focused formulations. All products are carefully selected based on your individual skin type and concerns.


  • It depends on the treatment and your skin. Many clients notice a difference after their first facial. For acne and more complex concerns, real lasting results typically develop over 8–12 weeks with consistent treatment and homecare.

    Every skin journey is different. We'll set realistic expectations from day one and track your progress together.


  • Studio Iris is appointment only. This allows us to dedicate full time and attention to each client without interruption. Book your appointment online to secure your spot.


  • We accept all major payment methods through GlossGenius including credit/debit cards. Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are also available for select services, allowing you to pay in interest-free installments.


  • We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. We understand life happens. Just give us as much notice as possible.

    Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    This policy allows us to respect your time, prepare fully for each client and offer availability to others who may be waiting.
